Settlement Fee-    $295.00
        Fee for residential real estate purchase closing - to include document preparation, signing of documents by borrowers and disbursement of funds.  (Fee for residential Refinance closing drops to $250.00.)


Title Search-          $215.00 (+)
        Title Search fee includes the following Cities & Counties-Chesterfield, Henrico, Dinwiddie, Prince George, Hanover, Goochland, Powhatan, King William, Louisa, Caroline and the Cities of Richmond, Colonial Heights, Hopewell and Petersburg.

Title Commitment Fee             $65.00

Lender's Title Insurance Policy Premium
 One time fee required by Lenders to insure the property's title is free of undisclosed leans, easements or encumbrances that would affect the value or ownership of the property.
Premiums are based on loan amount.

Recommended Optional Owner's Title Insurance Policy Premium
Protects the Owner and includes Lender Policy in premium.
Premiums are based on loan amount.

Reissue Rate
If the current Owner's Title Insurance Policy is available to us, we can offer a discounted rate for the Lender's and/or Owners Title Insurance Premium.

Seller Services*
Seller Assistance/Settlement/Courier         $295.00
            Deed Preparation/Attorney's Fee starts   $100.00
A local attorney prepares the Deed, we then assist with the signing of the deed, getting loan payoff amounts, and delivering proceeds to Seller 
(*) Must be in association with real estate closing in our office, service not available for convenience Deeds.
Processing/Release and Courier Fee          $80.00
This fee is for each loan the Seller may have to payoff.
West Hundred Title will pay off Sellers loans per closing statement and track the release of those liens from the property.
